CURRENT NEWS
The County AGM
will be at Bedford on Friday 14th November. Anybody wishing to stand for any
position (as detailed on About Us) should let the secretary know by 7th
November using the email address at the bottom of this page. We will also
present county badges on that night and eligible athletes will be contacted
very soon. The Results
for the 5K and 10 Mile road race county championship winners are now on Road
Racing. The Half Marathon results
will be posted as soon as available The Cross
Country page is now updated for 2025/26. Note the County champs are back to
January on the 3rd.
Entry form will be available very soon as we have just confirmed venue
as Southill Park Also I will be
updating Track and Field page for 2026 very soon and moving last year’s
details to Archive. Road Racing
for 2026 is likely to be updated after the AGM in November or possibly early
January once next year’s events are confirmed. The first one will be
the 20 mile which will be Oakley in March as usual Rules for qualifying for County Championships Following issues at two separate races in 2024, please see the qualification for competing in the County Championships in the link below. These apply for county teams but equally for county champs. Basically you need to have been born in Bedfordshire or have lived here for 9 months.
