The County Association offers its congratulations to it's long serving member and current President
on his well deserved award of an MBE for services to Athletics in the East of England.
Fred Wooding MBE has for several decades carried out a number of roles at
Club, County, League and National organisation level.
He continues to do many of these today and also still actively contributes as a Timekeeper and a Coach.
Well done Fred, you deserve it.
The 2011/2012 County Cross Country Championship results are now on Cross Country.
Winners of the Junior Age Groups will be selected to represent the Eastern Region in the London Mini-marathon.
The Bedfordshire results for the Southern Inter-Counties XC champs at Lloyd Park, Croydon are on Cross Country.
The Track and Field page has now been updated for 2012 with dates for the County Champs and Bedfordshire Open plus Inter-Counties.
